Building, Advocating, and Collaborating for Small Businesses
Founded in 1997, the PA CDFI Network is a statewide collective of mission-driven community development financial institutions (CDFI) that provide affordable loans and technical advisory services to companies unable to access financing through traditional channels. A 501(c)(3) organization, most services are directed to small businesses serving lower-income neighborhoods

Our Mission
The Network seeks to build the capacity and expand the reach of its CDFI members, individually and collectively, to serve all people and places across Pennsylvania. In order to do this, the Network educates Pennsylvania residents, businesses and legislators about the purpose and function of CDFIs in promoting equitable community development.
The vision of the Network is that communities across the Commonwealth all have access to the flexible capital and business support provided by the CDFI community.
The values of the Network align with those expressed by its members and together, guide our services to the broader community.
- Practice inclusion by creating a culture of belonging among its members
- Cultivate a forward-looking approach to opportunities that creates value and success for stakeholders
- Promote a culture of trust, compassion, empathy, integrity and transparency
- Foster passion and innovative solutions to support members, educate stakeholders and advance social justice and equity.
