Interested in becoming a member of the Pennsylvania CDFI Network? Our members receive a robust set of benefits that enhances their organizational capacity and strengthens Pennsylvania’s overall CDFI ecosystem to the benefit of their small business clientele, the individuals they employ, and the communities we serve.

To qualify as a full member of the Pennsylvania CDFI Network, CDFIs are required to meet the following criteria:

• Be a federally certified CDFI for a minimum of two years immediately preceding the time of application.
• Have two years of commercial lending experience operating as a federally certified CDFI.
• Must have significant lending volume in the most recent two years as reflected by the current portfolio report provided to the Network.
• Be headquartered with its principal place of business in Pennsylvania.
• Actively promote community development, provide affordable, responsible financial services, and deliver technical assistance to small businesses or microenterprises.
• Have positive net assets and, for nonprofit loan funds, positive unrestricted net assets.
• Have robust anti-discrimination and anti-harassment policies
• Existing members must continue to comply with these membership requirements.
