Drive Your Business supports small business owners in low-to-moderate income and rural communities who are seeking capital, coaching, and strategic guidance to grow their businesses.

Are you a small business owner in a low-to-moderate income or rural community looking to grow and succeed? Whether you’re just starting out, expanding an existing business, or building operational capacity, the Drive Your Business Program provides personalized support designed to help your business succeed.

Drive Your Business is supported through the TD Ready Challenge and delivered in partnership with mission-driven Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs) across Pennsylvania.

Ready to Drive Your Business? Start here.

The Drive Your Business program is coordinated by the PA CDFI Network. To help connect you with the right advisor, lender, and technical assistance support, all businesses begin by completing a short referral form. The intake form takes about 5 minutes to complete.

Please note: the BizScoreline assessment is completed through the Drive Your Business program after submitting a referral. The public BizScoreline portal is not connected to this program.

After your referral is reviewed, a participating CDFI will work with you to complete the BizScoreline assessment, a structured evaluation that provides a clear snapshot of how your business is performing.

BizScoreline examines six key areas of your business:

  • Operations & performance
  • Sales & customers
  • Marketing
  • Financial management
  • HR & personnel
  • Technology

BizScoreline assessments typically cost $300, but Drive Your Business participants receive access through the program at no cost.

Your CDFI advisor will guide you through the process and review the results with you to identify the most important opportunities for growth.
