Established in June 2022, The Small Business Growth Program provides $4 million in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds under the State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) program, in partnership with the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED).
Administered by the Pennsylvania CDFI Network in conjunction with our member Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs), the program is designed to help small businesses and non-profits that have been negatively impacted by COVID-19 recover from the pandemic and grow into the future by providing them with grants, loans, and technical assistance services.
