Established in June 2022, the Small Business Growth Program has provided $9.35 million to CDFIs to deliver loans, grants, and technical assistance to small businesses and nonprofits recovering from the economic impacts of the pandemic, including those in rural and economically distressed communities.
Administered by the PA CDFI Network in partnership with the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED), the program supports small businesses and nonprofits that experienced financial disruption due to COVID-19 by expanding access to flexible capital and business support services.
