Established in June 2022, the Small Business Growth Program has provided $4 million (+$8.5 million) to CDFIs and other partner nonprofit organizations to deliver loans, grants, and technical assistance to small businesses recovering from the pandemic.
Administered by the PA CDFI Network in partnership with the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED), the program is designed to support small businesses and nonprofits negatively impacted by COVID-19 through equitable access to flexible capital and business support.
